Refund and Cancellation

At NextGen Broadband Private Limited, we strive to provide exceptional internet services to our valued customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Subscription Cancellation:

    • Customers can request the cancellation of their subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team through our helpline or email.
    • Cancellations will be effective immediately upon receipt of the request.
    • No cancellation fee will be charged for subscriptions canceled within the contract period. However, early termination charges may apply as per the terms of the service agreement.
  2. Equipment Return:

    • Upon cancellation of the subscription, customers are required to return all leased equipment (modems, routers, etc.) provided by NextGen Broadband Private Limited.
    • Failure to return the equipment within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges.
 
 

Refund Policy:

  1. Service Disruption:

    • In the event of prolonged service disruptions due to technical issues from our end, customers may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the duration of the outage.
    • Refunds will be issued based on the actual downtime experienced by the customer.
  2. Dissatisfaction:

    • If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns.
    • Refund requests based on dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be determined at the discretion of NextGen Broadband Private Limited.
  3. Billing Errors:

    • If you believe there has been an error in billing, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund accordingly.
  4. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 90 days from the date of the refund request.
  5. Terms and Conditions:

    • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the incident or the date of the billing cycle in question.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
    • NextGen Broadband Private Limited reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of services.
